I believe that charity isn’t something you do once in a while, but an integral part of your life. Everyone can live a Philanthropic lifestyle on some level with the charity they give. To help spread that idea, I recently joined the founding members group of the Highlight Foundation.
What is the Highlight Foundation?
The mission of the Highlight Foundation is to create awareness, encourage financial support, and volunteering, to worthy causes in Israel, while sharing unforgettable, social, and fun experiences – making it the highlight of your week, month or even your year!
At each event, the Highlight Foundation highlights:
- An interesting and entertaining content: an author, speaker, or entertainer.
- A worthy cause to support
- A local business sponsor
The benefits are clear. We want to:
1. Help make the world a better place! Aside for raising awareness, all events proceeds go to benefit the cause being highlighted.
2. Produce fun, social events, and provide context to meet new people. Meeting new people is the fastest way to create new opportunities in your life.
3. Create content driven events. We want people to leave each event entertained, educated or inspired, from a thought leader, author, speaker, or entertainer.
4. Offer an exposure to local speakers and business. And help them share their message, product, or service. The next event is sponsored by FreshBiz, Yosef Adest Photography, Illuminea, and Steve Brown Jazz.

“The Highlight Foundation sponsored Chanukah event with comedian Benji Lovitt was an incredible evening. Over 100 young professionals attended this dynamic, fun, and affordable event. It was extremely organized and fun, and provided the opportunity for Tikva staff to share their important work they do for the Children of Tikva. The event raised awareness amongst young people in Jerusalem, and raised much needed funds for the organization. In just 2 hours, The Highlight Foundation raised over 20,000nis to benefit Tikva.”
